Duties include answering the phones, setting up files, organizing, entering payroll, and report payroll to WC. Enter A/P and A/R to QuickBooks. Reconciliation of monthly bank statement. Keeping up insurance certificates and W9's for subcontractors. Organizing/Coding all purchases by Superintendents. Organizing coding pilot fuel card account. Assist in the administrative end of bidding projects. Completing purchase orders and subcontracts. Credit applications for material suppliers, etc. Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks.
