Well-spoken, organized, professional with excellent communication, employee relations, management and computer skills.  The Office Manager will handle HR related duties, facilities management and supervise all non-legal support staff. Event planning for HR events (recruiting, job fairs, associate program receptions, etc.). Human Resources responsibilities include; recruiting, interviewing, skills testing, background checks, reference checks, employee relations, onboarding, performance issues, annual employee evaluations, benefits administration, etc. HR experience. Knowledge of all current labor and employment laws. Bachelors degree is preferred. Normal Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Monday-Friday. Criminal/Drug screening.
