The Office Administrator will manage the front office receptionists to ensure phone coverage and overall front office efficiency. Will report to the VP of Administrative Services. Answer multi-line phones, handle administrative support duties, maintain office supply levels, assist Marketing Department with marketing material/event supplies, prepare reports for the Finance Department, etc.  Negotiate pricing for office equipment maintenance agreements, office supplies and promotional products with vendors, suppliers, etc.   Monitor postal meter, copier and general office equipment and schedule equipment maintenance through external vendors. Schedule office staff to keep kitchen, conference room and board rooms neat and orderly.  Microsoft Office, must be highly proficient in Excel. Office management experience preferred.
